The Classic Colomba is the leavened dessert that cannot be missed on the festive days dedicated to Easter. We have selected the best raw materials to obtain a unique product: Normandy butter, free-range eggs, fine Madagascar vanilla and precious orange and lemon candied fruit, carefully processed in the Forno Gentile laboratory. The famous dessert is completed by a delicate glaze of hazelnut flour, sprinkles and almonds.
