Agricola Gentile is a company born over 600 meters above sea level on the Lattari Mountains, in Agerola, in an area that has always been suited to the breeding of dairy breeds and the production of fine cheeses. Each phase of raw milk processing is carried out by local cheesemakers, who, combining innovation and tradition, respect the high standards required to obtain a qualitatively excellent product.
The offer of Agricola Gentile products is wide, in each of them it will be possible to rediscover the love for milk in all its forms. The “Fior di latte di Agerola” is certainly the best known, together with Smoked Provola, Butter and Provolone del Monaco. A rich proposal that aims to bring the goodness of the Campania dairy tradition to the tables of Italian families.
Our cows spend their free days grazing in the hills of the Lattari Mountains, receive adequate care every day and are milked with respect. Among the selected breeds it is possible to find the Agerolese cattle, famous for its milk with a unique and unmistakable taste.
